After Namor throws an Arctic hissy fit, in which he throws a frozen man at a group of Inuit, said frozen man turns out to be Captain America, released from his icy prison after however many decades the sliding timescale allows. But Cap still remembers the fateful day he lost his dear friend and partner Bucky, and he begins to see him everywhere... and we do mean EVERYWHERE. How will Captain America adjust to living in the modern world? Who crafted those amazing lifelike statues of the horrified Avengers? And Mjolnir is magnetic??
