Slow growth does not mean playing small, and if you start each day by asking :What’s today’s edge?What’s the next right step I can take today?And then you actually take that step,your life is going to expand and evolve at an appropriate but nonetheless remarkable rate.You’re just doing the next thing that’s right in front of you, right on the edge, right outside your comfort zone aka The Zone of Lies.It’s just right there, right in front of you.It’s obvious.You don’t need to guess what it is.If you just take a moment of contemplation, you will know.To that end, something I’ve become fond of saying is slow is the new fast.These are micro-movements.Slow is the new fast, because it’s right sized and it keeps you moving at a steady pace without freaking yourself out or burning yourself out.“Slow is the new fast” means that your growth edge is simply the next right step in your evolution,and by “right” I mean aligned with and guided by Soul… or, if you prefer, your vision for your life.*If you’d like to subscribe to one (or both!) of my Patreon podcasts, you can do that HERE.
