Episode 1
Monday, 18 July, 2022

Have you ever given thought to how dietary restrictions can greatly impact your ability to participate in your cultural traditions? On this episode, we sit down with Lori Dalimonte who is a social media influencer sharing her story of growing up Italian while living with celiac disease. Lori has gone viral for her gluten free italian recipes and life hacks on both instagram and tiktok. More importantly, she is working to revolutionize and normalize the stigma of being italian and living with celiac disease, breaking barriers and educating others to make life better for those who want to live the traditions of their culture in a non compromised way.
