Young is the incoming Chief Financial Officer at the National Geographic Society in Washington, DC; he is also a long-time NABA member, the former President of the Northern New Jersey chapter, Father, mentor, and more. In our interview, Rob shares his story navigating his way to becoming the CFO for a large non-profit organization, discusses NABA history, and its impact on his career. We also touch on his experience as a Black man and the impacts of May 25, 2020.
