Episode 92 Earl Glover went from painting cars in Orangeburg SC to painting million dollar aircrafts around the world. Before joining the UAE special defense Aerospace world as an refinish repair instructor, I worked as an aircraft painter at Boeing gulfstream bombardier,cirrus diamond aerospace of Canada, cirrus areo daher areo honda jet,space x Volvo semi just to name a few ..where I gained valuable exposure to the corporate world and learned to adapt to a fast-paced and demanding environment. I also have a long-standing background in the auto body business, having worked and managed a private-owned shop (Glovers Body Shop) for over 23 years. There, I developed my skills in body work, estimating, and painting, as well as my passion and pride for my craft. My goal is to make a positive impact on the industry and the company I work for, by constantly improving and perfecting my skills, learning from others, and sharing my expertise. I enjoy what I do and I strive to produce exceptional results that meet or exceed the expectations of my clients and colleagues.
