On this episode of the podcast Phillip is joined for the first time by his friend and sci-fi lover, Colleen Beier. The two talk about one of the greatest sequels of all time, 1986's Alien. Phillip starts the show by giving general information for the movie with some trivia thrown in. It's then time for Listener' Opinions from Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. The two then discuss the movie and talk a little about the 1990 director's cut. It's a great discussion about a cool movie. Then it's time to answer whether they notice anything from this movie that Tarantino may have liked or used in a film. They then individually rate the movie. Phillip and Colleen then answer whether they would buy this movie, rent it, or find it for free. It's then time for Phil's Film Favorite of the Week; White of the Eye (1987). Colleen then recommends Weapons (2025). Phillip then promotes next week's show, when he will be joined once again by Jaylan Salah for Coffy (1973). Thanks for listening.
