Episode 81: Debs Branagan & Daniel Herrera (Branagan)
Episode 6
Tuesday, 6 October, 2026
This week, we are joined by Debs and Dan from Branagan! Branagan was founded in Houston’s punk femme scene in 2010 and is now based in Cleveland, OH. Branagan fuses Riot Grrrl, punk, and metal with high-energy rhythms, melodic riffs, and raw lyrics rooted in lived experience—immediate, personal, and real. We've been fortunate enough to know them for a long time and we FINALLY got Debs to hold still long enough to talk to us. We had a great conversation with Debs and Dan, learned a lot we didn't know about them and left happy to have caught up with our buddies. We were also a little sad we can't go hang with them at Dan Electros anymore, but we're also looking forward to that trip to Ohio soon!We hope you dig listening to the conversation as much as we enjoyed recording it. We'll be back in two weeks with Matt Hughes of Bar Rats!
