In episode 164 Sam is joined by filmmaker Mark Jenkin, director and writer of Bait and Enys Men. His new film, Rose of Nevada, starring George MacKay, Callum Turner and Mary Woodvine, is in UK cinemas from 24 April 2026. Mark has chosen Punishment Park (89 mins), the pseudo-documentary film from 1971 directed by Peter Watkins.
