We then take a deep dive into PROJECT HAIL MARY (7:50), the first hit movie of the year starring Ryan Gosling as a high-school-teacher-turned-reluctant-astronaut tasked with saving the solar system based on the book by Andy Weir. Jason and Robert discuss what worked and what didn't, why they felt differently about the ending, and how this film might've been different with a different director.
