Laziness only exists because your brain needs a beginning to a project. Something like "play guitar" might sound certain to you, but it leaves a lot of things open. This openness is something you can fix. Create a loose project beginning like "Learn how to tune a guitar." In this way, the brain can begin without you struggling to begin on your own.
