Send us Fan MailIn this last episode of season six of the Nobody Knows Your Story podcast, Doug Herdt and I spent an hour and a half talking about his life. His story, to use a few cliches, is one of getting up off the mat, never giving up, and when losing; not losing the lesson. As Doug shares his story, you'll better understand why one of his favorite quotes comes from the Dalai Lama. "When you lose, don't lose the lesson." Bottom line, learn from a loss and try not to repeat it. My eyes did sweat a couple of times while Doug recalled his marriage to Tina and the trials they experienced. His recollections caused me to think of another quote that has helped me. Sometimes we need to accept that grief and resilience can live together.Thanks everyone for your support these past six years and for sharing the podcast with others.
