Captain Jeffery Tulley and his first mate Oberlin St. Claire depart the Netherlands on their maiden voyage but receive an mayday call from a mysterious burning ship in the North Atlantic with a dangerous sole survivor who leads them on a chase around the Mediterranean and Middle East to find a government secret of extraterrestrial origins.
