Welcome to the first episode of Local Makers! This week we talk to pasta maker Leo Baldassarre, the mastermind and heart and soul behind Famiglia Baldassarre (@famiglia_baldassarre). Leo, and by extension Famiglia Baldassarre, are "makers of fresh pasta, students of tradition". They currently make and supply the highest quality fresh pasta to some of the finest restaurants in Toronto, and also operate a lunch counter 4 days a week.
