Author Filmmaker Jeff Brown, discusses his latest book, Grounded Spirituality where he dispels common rhetoric for a more realized approach of moving through the body and into the emotions, to overcome trauma and process more fully to evolve ourselves. Jeff credits Alexander Lowen -co founder of Bioenergetic Analysis for the beneficial results of effective processing. His dialogue with Michael, a character in the book, show how often , a seeker, can get swept up into the ideologies and dogma that is regurgitated throughout the spirituality system. The raw, unbridled truth, depth, and awareness that Jeff gifts us in Grounded Spirituality, can only be said , is long overdue, a welcome respite in a sea of posers, and a hearty cheer of comeuppance the spirituality community deserves to embrace in its transparency and seeming authenticity.
