In this episode, we chat about what it's like living with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, also known as ADHD. There are some points I wanted to clarify: -this episode was actually recorded in December 2021, so our guest host was diagnosed with ADHD in January 2021 and myself in October 2021 -we refer to RSD as Rejection Sensitivity Disorder, it should be Rejection Sensitive Disorder After this episode, I will be on a hiatus so thank you so much for joining me in all these different conversations and I hope you've been able to take away information or helpful tips to improve your mental health!
