I have noticed that some in the press and online are more forceful in their questioning and frustration after the tragic murder of #alexpretti. Since the story of Destiny Jackson's background has come out, some are acting as if she and her family deserved to have her child almost die from teargas thrown under her family's car. Some just don't care as much anymore. It's all wrong. The @nbpa issued a statement today as well. Would they have done that if it was Destiny Jackson? Look. The time is always right to do right and so we can always welcome people who are slower to awake to a cause. I just want that we wait to see the perfect victim before we do that.
