Something is emerging: a deeper call for accountability, collaboration, and allyship In this episode, Deana Dartt, PhD, shares what she's witnessing across institutions because of Executive Order 14253— budget revoked, erased programs, and years of cultural work disappearing from schedules. Deana is Coastal Band Chumash and Mestiza, Founder of Live Oak Consulting, and a leading voice in museum decolonization. Her approach is clear — less about fighting, more about building.
