We are joined by Da Ye Kim, a Ph.D. candidate, Cinema Studies, Tisch School of the Arts, NYU, who is specifically interested in exploring the evolution of a new cinema using virtual reality technology and its impact on modern society. This short talk was recorded before she test screens the feature VR film experience, "Ximbi Xombi X," using the Oculus Go platform. In part 2, Da Ye provides her reaction to the screening.
