Ted, along with community volunteer partners Matt Wareing, and former Blue Angels Fleet Leader Eric “Popeye” Doyle have been integral to the building of Home Base programming for mental and brain health for veterans in Texas – arguably just surpassing California as the state with the highest veteran population.
