Losing Weight is Simple. But it's not easy.  For almost everyone looking to lose weight or get fitter and adopt new and healthier habits, the biggest issue we have is staying consistent.  Most plans and programmes don't take into account the ups and downs of a busy life and when a knock turns into a wobble and the wobble knocks us off track, we feel like a failure.  Here are some tips to try and address that. Nothing fancy, just planning.
