Good day, I hope all is well in the realm. This week I got into it. I talked about a whole lot. I talk about smoking again, how that felt , I dive into the ideas behind mind control. Are we being manipulated in plain sight? We talk about Ego and how it's a fine balance. Too much can get you in trouble on the flip side if you have no ego you might have a lack of drive. RAIDERS!!!! I'm pretty hyped about the win, but as a fan since I was * and having played the game of football I'm more excited to see the shift in culture in the locker room than translating that feeling on the field. AOC and his play and the defense ! Exciting times. A couple other topics defunding the police and what that truly means, Gym etiquette.
