Cancer Talks is an exciting new podcast hosted by 3 qualified and registered Nutritional Therapists: Linda Sims, Deb MacLeod and Andrea Burton. Linda and Andrea see cancer clients in their nutrition clinics and all 3 are passionate about helping people who are living with a cancer diagnosis. Nutritional therapy is a very valuable tool in cancer prevention but it also helps to support the body during and post treatment nutrition can help all the way along a cancer journey. Whilst there are never any promises when it comes to cancer, improving overall health and enjoyment of life is the best strategy. This is personal for the 3 of us we have all been touched by cancer and we want to help cut through all the jargon, the research and the, dare we say it, fake news! We want to empower you to have the best health outcome that you can. There is so much conflicting information in the world; especially now with the rise of social media and the always available internet! It is so difficult to know what to eat, what not to eat, when to eat and even how to eat and it can be very confusing to make sense of it all. Our aim is to help you navigate through this information so you can make better and more informed decisions. We will be hosting medical doctors, cancer survivors, cancer patients, nutritional therapists, integrative doctors and other healthcare practitioners so please tune in every month to see who we have been chatting with.
