Megan has struggled with her little one Sasha pretty much since she was born. Only able to achieve 15-20 min naps during the day, feeling like a failure and unable to get her to have long naps, trying all the strategies and products her friends suggested and ultimately ending up co-sleeping which also didn’t help either and just left her partner and her feeling completely exhausted.We worked together when Sasha was 5 months and completely transformed the sleep of Sasha and the whole family and now at 18 months I have continued to support her family within the membership - The Sleep Collective.
