Coach Mike invited Coach Jay to another episode to talk about his basketball program in Lower Marion Pennsylvania. Jay started as a player at William Penn High School in the Philadelphia Public League. He then went on to Keystone Junior College where he was selected as a preseason All-American and finished as the schools all-time leading scorer. Jay finished his playing career at Wilkes University. There he led the University to the most wins ever in a single season before graduating. As a coach, Jay helped shape the games of multiple All-Americans while at Friends Central and Cheltenham High Schools. Coach Jay brings all his transformative knowledge and experience to The Jon Jay Spartans. Coach Jay shares with us, the reason why his program stands out from the other programs. He lays out his program ethics and principles. Listen as he carfully speaks about his philosophy and approach to coaching basketball and life.
