(You will be hearing all about them).An estate, run by the same family for over 500 years, has quite a story to tell and Clare, rightly feels that people are 'hungry' for the story behind the brand. With Clarkson's Farm highlighting all the difficulties facing farming, people are beginning to learn what it takes to produce quality food.
