Episode 7
Monday, 19 October, 2020
Dr. Amy Stevens is the founder of Georgia Military Women and Chief of Women's Programs at VETLANTA. On this episode we discuss her service as a Naval officer from the late-70s to the early-90s, the rough road following her medical discharge. We also talk about the importance of community and veterans groups, as well as health issues we face as a result of military service. All episodes of The Boots Off Podcast on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Anchor, and others. I would love to see a five-star review on iTunes from you. As this is a solo-produced production (with the help of guest interviews, of course) Patreon helps keep this running. Consider chipping in a coffee's worth of donations there or on the Support page of www.lahr.media. Thank you so much! Music provided by my pal, Army veteran Chase Landon.
