Today's episode is a resource for my women of color and a message for all with a heart.Dr. ToCarra Jordan is a Life Coach specializing in Mindset and Accountability Coaching, an educator, and a motivational speaker. With over 19 years of professional experience across industries such as higher education, legal, and non-profit sectors, Dr. Jordan brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to her work. She has more than 15 years of experience coaching and mentoring diverse groups, focusing on underrepresented populations, particularly Black and Hispanic women and girls.Dr. Jordan holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida, a Master's in Higher Education: Teaching and Learning from Purdue University Global, and two undergraduate degrees.As the CEO and Founder of Her Divine Connection, Dr. Jordan is dedicated to empowering and transforming the lives of women and girls of color through coaching, self-discovery, and understanding their divine purpose in life. She is also launching a new online community titled "Her Unity: Empowering Women through Divine Connections," aimed at ensuring that women and girls feel seen, heard, and supported.
