Mr Hames Explains to Catholics: The Book of Job with special guest Sean Ross

In the Innaugural episode of Mr Hames Explain's to Catholics, a podcast for Catholic youth education, but also for anyone who is curious or interested. The aim is to learn and understand, not to judge and hate, and with this in mind, I am joined by my good friend, Sean Ross, host of a variety of podcasts, and member of the Jewish faith, to talk about our religions and how they influence our view of the world. We then take a deep dive into the Book of Job, one of the trickiest and most complicated books in the entire Canon, which asks the hardest question of all: Why does God allow suffering? We'll talk about how each of our faiths uses this book as a lens to tackle that very fundamental question, and hopefully gain a deeper understanding of what God is telling us.
