Send us a textThe Grand Finale of the 2024 NTT IndyCar Series was a race to remember!!After getting evicted from the original Downtown Circuit, the race promoters (i.e. Scott Borchetta) secured the Nashville Superspeedway for the promised "Final Event" of the IndyCar season. Those who made the short trip out to the 1.33 mile concrete oval were rewarded with a far better race than the makeshift street circuit could have provided. Even though title challenger Will Power's race (and belts) unraveled early on, there was plenty of high-speed action as recently relocated hometown hero Colton Herta navigated a late traffic jam to earn his first victory on an oval.In a somewhat anti-climatic fashion, Alex Palou earned his 3rd IndyCar title...an incredible feat when you consider the competitiveness of the IndyCar driver lineup, the equality of the cars, and the level of competition between and within teams.
