Your host, Dr. Jacque McShane, is a pharmacist turned certified health coach. In the summer of 2015 she found herself overweight, burned out and miserable which overflowed into all aspects of her life. After losing the weight and gaining the energy and confidence she'd been missing for so long she decided to pivot and pursue health coaching full time. Now she's passionate about assisting others creating optimal health without surgery, magic pills, or the false promises of fad diets.
