Depression, anxiety... Oh the dread. I've been there.. I am still there sometimes, but I have hope. I would like to give you hope and encouragement by helping you to "keep looking up!" I will be discussing the different aspects, symptoms, feelings and trials that we can all face when it comes to depression and anxiety... I'm no stranger to either. I don't want to dwell on the negativity that these subjects bring, but I would like to destroy the "stigma" surrounding the term "Mental health." I am cultivating a Facebook group where we can discuss all kinds of subjects and help build one another up.
