The University's Living with Loss Series is a resource for grieving students and others who have experienced a loss. Student support group meetings are held on campus to present information about the grief process, provide an opportunity to discuss concerns, and offer additional resources. The informational component of each group meeting is taped in advance to provide greater access for all who may find it helpful. Living with Loss is available in two formats - video or audio only. Individuals who experience disenfranchised grief are often left without support during the time when they are in greatest need. This session explores the types of losses as well as other issues that may result in disenfranchised grief. Support strategies are also addressed.
