Ian and Marlena discuss the 1942 Ernst Lubitsch classic/controversial WWII comedy (yes, comedy) To Be or Not To Be, their complicated relationship with films about the holocaust, and almost get completely derailed gushing about their love for Cabaret. (Plus a very brief foray into other great WWII films) The promised Show Notes (wherein we clearly forget some of the things we promised to make show notes about): To Be or Not To Be is currently streaming on Hulu Plus and can be bought on DVD/Blu ray as a lovely Criterion.
