Susan has demonstrated an ability to grow companies, motivate, lead and develop large teams and is an experienced Chief Executive Officer with a successful history of working in FMCG, food manufacturing pubs and restaurants. Assisting in the running of the Podcast is Guest & Co-Host Rebecca Fernihough a fellow MDS Alumni working as a Supply Chain Officer for BASF.
