This week Matt Welton MDS Graduate interviews distinguished guest Susan Barratt the CEO of IGD & Non Executive Director at AGBarr plc and Higgidy ltd. Susan has demonstrated an ability to grow companies, motivate, lead and develop large teams and is an experienced Chief Executive Officer with a successful history of working in FMCG, food manufacturing pubs and restaurants. Assisting in the running of the Podcast is Guest & Co-Host Rebecca Fernihough a fellow MDS Alumni working as a Supply Chain Officer for BASF.
