《与我十年长跑的女朋友就要嫁人了》是网友“你这个贱人”在豆瓣网上发帖讲述的一个爱情故事。帖子中的男主人公、一个来自农村的吕钦扬，以第一人称讲述了自己与女朋友凌一尧从16岁高中时期开始的坎坷爱情故事。十年感情终究抵不过现实的困境，无奈的结局让众多网友唏嘘不已。近日，著名导演陈国富以个人名义购买下该帖的改编全版权，据悉影片将于2013年下半年开机。
