Happy spring time beautiful people!It's been a while. I've been taking some time away to practice what I teach - pour into myself first and really stay in tune with not only what my soul loves - but also what it needs to stay sound and sane in this noisy world we're sharing right now. Yikes!In this episode I share some "soft" hobbies that has been really slowing me down and naturally has me present and more creative.
