Freshmen 15 - The phrase we all hear in our first year of university. Everyone thinks it's just a part of the first-year experience, we think that it's inevitable because of all the time we spend studying and not putting enough time away to exercise. I'm here to tell you that's not the case, and it all comes down to nutrition education. We all notice that along with freshmen 15 there is a lot of anxiety and stress that comes along with it and I'm going to talk about how we can work our way around it.
