Depression is something every person on the planet deals with at some point in their lives, and for us not to talk about it or be open about it, is dumb. It benefits no one by staying silent. We need to end this stigma of shame culture surrounding mental health and depression. I have a long and entangled history with depression which I go into detail within the podcast. But I will say that the point where depression or mental health becomes dangerous is when you don't talk to someone about it. There are so many great resources out there. Here in the US and in the UK there is https://www.betterhelp.com. At BetterHelp.com there are licensed counselors who you can meet with online to talk about any number of mental health issues you might be having. The best way out of depression is by talking to someone about it, so please, don't be ashamed or afraid to ask for help. Please enjoy the podcast and be sure to leave a positive comment. -Justin
