A really interesting discussion about female leadership in small business, about working in fine tea, about actively supporting wellbeing in all of us. Erica is a wonderful person working in tea and owner of Eteaket. Its wonderful and humble to know that people like Erica exist and that we have her as part of our tea world. I have huge respect for her work, promoting fine and quality teas and supporting wellbeing in everyone with her Thrive in Three workshops.
