The Spin Chagrin, a concept that finds Frank having to watch a movie he's never seen before based on the random spin of a wheel filled with off-the-wall genres, continues into its fourth year. All the categories are quotables from Frank himself. In this episode, Frank's category was "It's worse than Troma because at least Troma has a heart.” For this category, he watched and reviewed two movies, 2003's Monsturd and 1983's Sledgehammer.
