Can’t Buy Me Love is an 80’s teenage Rom Com about a nerd named Ronald (Patrick Dempsey) who comes to the rescue of popular neighbor Cindy (Amanda Peterson) with a little quid pro quo… He’ll help her out of a pickle if she agrees to pretend to be his girlfriend for one month. With a killer soundtrack and sizzling chemistry we think this is deserving of a rewatch. Then Averyn continues with a tale of Tucson teens who were so beguiled by charming, strange, tin cans in his boots wearing Charles “Smitty” Schmid, that even after three teenage girls went missing and Shitty Smitty bragged about killing them no one said a word.
