Australia's Paul "Barney" Barnard has long been a fixture in the bodyboarding scene Down Under. The former golden boy from Queensland quickly rose to the top of the heap of young Aussies in the 80s and remained a media darling well into the 90s, paving the way for the next generation of Australian bodyboarders.
