The Campfire TapesAuthor: Mark and Brittany Streissguth
The Campfire Tapes are father-daughter conversations between Mark and Brittany Streissguth. Both Mark and Brittany grew up in the Pacific Northwest, and took advantage of all that landscape has to offer. The campfire has become a focal point in both their lives for moments of clarity, meaning of life speculations, and bringing people together to enjoy life's simple pleasures in the great outdoors. Conversations here will involve everything from how to build the perfect campfire, to trials and tribulations of bringing young children into the outdoors, to navigating all of life's twists and turns. Grab a drink, pull up a camp chair, and join us in the Campfire Tapes. Language: en-us Genres: Society & Culture, Sports, Wilderness Contact email: Get it Feed URL: Get it iTunes ID: Get it |

How Would You Like to Die? And Other Telling Questions
Episode 3
Tuesday, 17 November, 2020
Brittany is a die-hard fan of Dax Shepard's podcast "Armchair Expert". A couple months ago, in their "fact check", he and his co-host started talking about a questionnaire Marcel Proust came up with in the late 1800's that is a set of 35 questions meant to reveal one's true nature. We're not sure if we accomplished that, but you'll at least learn things like how we'd each like to die, our ideas of perfect happiness, and what we consider the most overrated virtue.Brittany took the easy way out of a couple of them, and Mark was left wondering how he did on the test.
