🎙️ Everyday Strength Project Podcast Should You Work Out While Injured? This week we tackle a question I hear all the time: "Should I keep working out if I'm injured?" For most people, the answer is yes. Now, that doesn't mean ignoring pain or trying to be a hero. It means finding ways to keep moving and training safely while your body heals. Too often people get hurt, stop doing everything, and then a few weeks later they feel even worse. They're stiffer, weaker, more deconditioned, and now they're trying to recover from the injury and the loss of fitness. In this episode, we talk about the difference between training through an injury and training around an injury. We discuss how to modify movements, adjust intensity, and continue building strength without making things worse. The reality is that movement is often one of the best things you can do for recovery. In many cases, completely shutting down isn't the answer. If you've ever wondered whether you should keep lifting, walking, hiking, boxing, or exercising while dealing with an injury, this episode is for you. Because getting hurt doesn't mean you have to stop moving. It just means you might need a different game plan for a while. 🎧 Give it a listen and let us know what you think. #EverydayStrengthProject 💪
