In der zweiten Folge von Cut the Mustard rede ich mit Ruth über das Thema Nachhaltigkeit im Soziales als auch ökologischen Kontext. Sie hat sich in während ihres Diploms, mit dem Title "Ein positiver Fußabdruck", mit dem Thema Lieferketten von Naturkautschuk von Sneakersohlen befasst. Wir Reden außerdem auch über den Uni-Alltag, Projekt bezogenes arbeiten und wie man im Studium anfängt viele Dinge mit neuen Augen zu sehen.
