We often get asked how we come up with a lot of the topics for our podcast and this week we wanted to "peek behind the curtains" and share with you how we decide what topics we will discuss each week. In This Episode You Will Learn: 1). Some of the reasons why it can be challenging to find important topics to discuss each week but also how we enjoy the opportunity to do so. 2). How the comments that get posted on our YouTube channel help influence the new topics and ideas of our podcast. 3). Some of the personal experiences Meredith has encountered over the years in working with clients of all ages and how those experiences help influence our podcast topics. 4).
