Relaunch Into LYF
Friday, 7 August, 2020
This week we relaunch into the new brand, Lift Your Game Podcast. As the head trainer at Lift Your Fitness. I believe everyone of us has the potential to find another level, we can all Lift Our Game. Before we hear from these incredible guests, I wanted to take a short moment to explain the change in direction. In simple terms, I've evolved the brand Quartic to create the Lift Your Game Podcast for one main reason, I wanted to create alignment and flow in everything I do. In truth I needed a moment to take a break, to reflect and really become congruent in all areas of my life. There have been a lot of up and down moments in 2020. All of us have experienced this year through our own unique set of circumstances. When elements out of our control impact us either directly or indirectly, it can be easy to blame those elements for everything in our life. For as long as I can remember to help deal with stress and uncertainty I have always used my health as a pillar of strength. It is my belief that if we start by building a foundation of exceptional health and wellness both in the mind and body all areas of our life tend to improve. All of us can enjoy the fittest versions of ourselves by developing healthy habits each day, one step at a time. With all the people I've trained over the years, it is clear that those that make lasting change with respect to their health, undergo an identity change. They move on from quick fix yoyo diets and 6pack ab programs and make the profound realisation, that making healthy choices is a commitment for life, it is not for 30 days or 12 weeks, it is for life. They realise that if they truly want to experience joy and an abundance of energy, they must leave behind who they were, they must raise their own standards and imagine a new persona that is created to serve them and those you love.
