The Joker’s Wild w/ John Ricci, Jr.
Wednesday, 10 January, 2018
If you’ve ever held a pencil and pretended it was a skinny microphone, “The Game Show” is a program you will definitely enjoy. On this episode, the ninth in the series, Bradley Clarke welcomes back onto the show a game show producer who knows a thing or two about the genre. He was formally introduced on “The Game Show” as a Producer and Judge on ABC’s “The $100,000 Pyramid”, but now, he’s being introduced as a Producer on TBS’s “Snoop Dogg Presents The Joker’s Wild”. He is John Ricci, Jr. Bradley and John talk in depth about the return of “The Joker’s Wild” to television with the unconventional game show host, Snoop Dogg. In addition, with last year being the show’s 45th anniversary, the two game show enthusiasts talk about the history of “The Joker’s Wild” from it’s pilot, to the successful run in the 70’s and 80’s with creator and host Jack Barry, to the original revival in the 90’s. Plus, as always, this episode of “The Game Show” will also feature the “Game of the Day”, and just like last time John was on the show, he will play a classic game show that Bradley is bringing back in a revamped form. Last time was “You Don’t Say”, and this time, it’s the 1970’s Bob Stewart created, Bill Cullen hosted classic, “Pass The Buck”. This episode of “The Game Show” originally aired on January 10th, 2018 on WRHU-FM. Enjoy!
