EP12 – Biogen 阿茲海默新藥 Aduhelm 爭議

2021 年 6 月 7 日被美國食品和藥物管理局 （Food and Drug Administration，FDA） 加速批准了由美國 Biogen （百健） 和日本 Eisai （衛采） 藥廠共同研發的 Aduhelm （Aducanumab 單株抗體）。這可是自 2003 年以來首次批准可用於治療阿茲海默症 （Alzheimer’s disease） 之新型療法。本是令人歡欣鼓舞的醫藥生技產業大事，然而卻引發各方爭論其藥物之有效性以及藥價制定之合理性，並連帶有 3 名 FDA 專家因而請辭。究竟這次事件的關鍵爭議在哪，又有哪些可以參考的合理藥價制定分析方法呢?讓我們一起聽下去吧!
