In this first episode, I discuss simple self care ideas for single Mamas. I found myself overwhelmed, stressed, and exhausted, but when I looked up ways to practice self care, it was all stuff that I couldn't fathom how to add into my daily life trying to balance 2 kids and a full time job by myself. I started to develop my own ways to practice self care that have worked with my boys and are simple and effective.
